Working in a dynamic team environment, reporting to the Service Manager this key role is responsible for conducting identifying, repairing and diagnosing customer vehicles within the day-to-day operations. A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate. You will also be provided with manufacturers’ training to support you in excelling in this position.
What you’ll do:
- Identifying and repairing technical issues
- Carrying out diagnostics on all vehicles makes and models
- Liaising with various technical departments for support on technical issues
- Quality control
- Comply with manufacturer KPIs
- Road testing vehicles
- Conducting quality checks on all work to help ensure vehicles are repaired first visit
- Completing specific training as required
- Guide and mentor workshop staff
What you’ll need:
- Dealership experience highly regarded
- Customer care focused approach
- A current drivers license
- A suitably qualified technician
- Ability to work in a busy professional service center
- Be reliable, attention to detail and have a good work ethic
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a technician
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills

- National police check
